We are committed to delivering outstanding customer care and service and believe this runs right through our operation. It is of paramount importance to us that all our operatives working in customer homes and commercial properties are polite, courteous, clean, tidy and take extra care to minimise disruption whilst carrying out our work.

We also understand that sometimes the simple things matter, like having a flexible approach to our work and communicating progress to all parties which we believe will give that little bit extra to ensure work progresses as smoothly as possible.

Our operatives are all easily identifiable in our liveried vans, company uniforms, carry identity cards and are equipped with the latest in digital technology to ensure that quality photographic images are taken every time should our clients request it; we promote clarity and precision at all costs.

Success and Growth

Being successful in our chosen areas of expertise has meant that the company has continued to enjoy significant but sustained growth. This growth has been built around a sound and secure financial standing and enabled continued re-investment back into the company. In 2005 we moved to our current location in Featherstone where we operate from a business Unit of approx 4,000 sq ft.

Of course standing still means going backwards in our fast moving industry, and so we will continue to develop our services in line with our clients’ needs to enable us to build on the successes to date.
